The Warren Water District offers online bill payment through Unipay for the convenience of District customers. Customers may also pay in person during regular office hours or by mail.
Online payments are processed through Unipay, a secure third-party payment system used by municipalities and public agencies throughout Massachusetts.
Before making a payment, please have your bill available so you can reference your account information and current balance.
One of the most common reasons for billing confusion is that customers may accidentally pay only part of the balance shown on the bill.
Your statement may include current charges, previous balances, late fees or penalties, total amount due, and due date information. The Warren Water District is working to make billing information easier to understand and encourages customers to contact the office with any questions before making a payment.
A sample bill guide will also be available to help explain each section of the statement and how charges are calculated.
The Warren Water District understands that financial hardships can happen. If you are struggling to pay your water bill, please contact the office directly to discuss your situation privately.
Payment plans may be available, and in some situations, assistance programs through local or state agencies may help. The District works to keep rates as low as possible while continuing to provide safe, reliable drinking water service to the community.
Customers may also pay their bills in person during office hours, by mail, or through the online Unipay payment system.
Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
